This group begins with a guided meditation and an intention is set for that evening. Each woman is invited to choose her object or objects from the sandtray collection. A discussion around the intention is then facilitated for that evening. Women do not have to share and their presence and witnessing of the experience is honored as active participation in the group. Through this experience, connection with oneself and other women is fostered. The group ends with a brief guided meditation.

For women who have done inner work, this may be a new way to enter into the inner realm of "your-self".

For women who are beginning the journey inward, this is possibly a new way of reaching "your-self".
