 This group is offered to all those women in any phase of menopause and beyond. It is for the women wondering about entering this phase of womanhood and for the women going through this passage. It is also for the women who have passed through and hold the wisdom and experience of this stage in life.
This group invites these women to come together and collect in the nest of possibilities that continues to incubate and hatch projects and ideas and DREAMS... It is a place where Crone Wisdom can pass from one to another and be honored for the strength and richness it holds. A guided meditation is followed by a facilitated experience that encourages sharing and group discussion. The sandtray collection is used, as are art experiences when time allows. The group ends with a brief guided meditation. This group is limited to three women.
