The Women's Self-Discovery Center is a place where women can come to begin or continue the journey inward to the worlds that lie within each of us. Women take on many roles today and, in each role, the outer world we live in asks much of us. We give and give and sometimes skip over our own plates when it comes time for us. If we do not take time for ourselves, our bodies and spirits pay dearly, as do those around us!

The Women's Self-Discovery Center is a safe place to come and hang your hat... sit awhile and rest... BREATHE... and remember who you are and what is important to you, other than making meals on time, meeting deadlines, cleaning everything and trying to pursue careers and have babies all at the same time!!!
